A striped maxi, awkward selfies, and BIG news!

I’m about to confess something to you. Are you ready for it?

I have never ever made myself a maxi skirt. This is pretty ridiculous, actually, because do you know how easy it is to make a maxi skirt?! So super easy. Like, sewing-with-a-five-month-old easy.

You know what is not easy, however? Taking pictures of yourself in said maxi without looking super awkward.Hello there, awkward where-do-I-put-my-hands posing…Ahh, here’s a pretty good one, complete with side-looking eyes, because clearly I’m thinking about how awkward this is.When all else fails, just laugh … at your awkward self and your “you can’t see me” photo-bombing child. :)
