Refund Policy

  • Digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we are happy to help you if you have concerns, have made a duplicate purchase, or generally have other concerns. Please contact us here with any concerns.
  • Digital products are non-transferrable. It is against copyright to email them to others, upload them to other platforms, or resell them as your own product.
  • We do not offer refunds if you are unable to print your digital products. We recommend using your local library or a copy shop.
  • The product descriptions are thorough and offer many details on the length and contents of the products. We do not offer refunds because you didn’t read all of the provided information. We are always happy to answer questions before you purchase!
  • We do not offer refunds if you miss a sale or coupon code.

Memberships & Online Courses

  • Membership and course purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the digital nature. However, we are happy to discuss any concerns you have with your purchase.
  • All memberships and course purchases are single-use and cannot be transferred or shared with someone outside your household.
  • All content within the memberships and courses is provided for registered users for the duration of the membership/course. Sharing this content with non-registered users is not allowed.
  • All memberships or online courses require an account and login. We are happy to help you if you are having trouble logging in to access your account information or course/membership. Please contact us here with any technical issues you have.
  • Courses and memberships require internet access to view the content, unless otherwise stated in the description.
  • If you cancel a recurring membership, you will have access until the end of the last paid billing month cycle.
  • Missed payments for payment plans will result in revoked access to the purchased course or cancellation of membership.

Delivery Policy

At this time, Silo & Sage does not provide any physical or printed products that require shipping. All products, memberships, and courses are delivered immediately after purchase via email or via website account. Log in information is provided via email. If you have trouble accessing your account or if your product does not arrive in your email inbox, first check your spam folder for your email and if you still have trouble, please contact us here or send us an email so that we can help you access your products.

Return Policy

At this time, all products on our website are digital and therefore cannot be returned.

Cancellations

  • Recurring monthly memberships may be cancelled at anytime within your account settings. You can find that at the bottom of this page (you must be logged in to view your account settings).
  • If you cancel a recurring membership, you will have access until the end of the last paid billing month cycle.
  • Course payment plans that are cancelled will be considered an incomplete payment and result in the revoking of course access.
  • Silo & Sage reserves the right to cancel memberships or revoke course access for misuse or violation of the terms of service.
